Twikey needs your power of attorney to execute and follow up the transactions (SEPA Direct Debit).

How can you set this up?
Please follow the procedure mentioned below.

Step 1 : Go to the configuration tab
Step 2 : Click on the link to download the document
Step 3 : Complete the document following the procedure described below and have it signed by an authorized person

What do you fill in on Twikey's addendum (SDD injectie & Reporting)?

Creditor number
Company name
VAT number
Representative
IBAN number(s)
Place and date
Signature(s) of authorized person(s)

Step 4 : Upload the document via the 'Upload signed document' button in the configuration tab and press the 'Send documents to the bank' button
Step 5 : Twikey performs an additional check on the documents and starts the application with Societe Generale
Step 6 : Twikey follows up the activation together with you. To speed up the activation, you can always contact your bank
Step 7 : After activation, Twikey performs a pennytest to validate the connection with the bank
Step 8 : After a successful pennytest (send and receive payment information), Twikey will notify you and activate the bank connection

Optional : If you do not wish to give Twikey access to your current accounts, you can always open a new account.

Hoe kunt u dit in orde brengen?
Gelieve de procedure hieronder te volgen.

Stap 1 : Ga naar het configuratie tabblad
Stap 2 : Klik op de link om het document te downloaden
Stap 3 : Vul het document in volgens de procedure hieronder beschreven en laat dit tekenen door een bevoegde persoon

Wat vult u in op het addendum van Twikey (SDD injectie & Reporting)?

Schuldeisernummer
Naam van uw bedrijf
BTW nummer
Vertegenwoordiger
IBAN nummer(s)
Plaats en datum
Handtekening van de bevoegde persoon

Stap 4 : Vervolgens laadt u het document op via de knop 'Upload het getekend document' via het tabblad configuratie en druk op de knop 'Stuur documenten naar de bank'
Stap 5 : Twikey voert een extra controle uit op de documenten en start de aanvraag bij Societe Generale
Stap 6 : Twikey volgt de activatie samen met u op. Om de activatie te versnellen kan u steeds uw bank contacteren
Stap 7 : Na de activatie voert Twikey een pennytest uit om de verbinding met de bank te valideren
Stap 8 : Na een succesvolle pennytest (verzenden en betaalinformatie terug ontvangen) zal Twikey u inlichten en de bankkoppeling activeren

Optioneel : Indien u Twikey liever geen toegang wil geven tot uw lopende rekeningen, kan u een nieuwe zichtrekening openen.

Vous avez reçu un mail de Twikey avec la procedure complète. si vous ne l'aviez pas reçu, veuillez trouver cette procédure ci-dessous.

Etape 1 : Aller dans l'onglet configuration
Etape 2 : Cliquer sur le lien pour télécharger les deux documents
Etape 3 : Remplir les deux documents en suivant la procedure décrite ci-dessous et faire signer les documents dûment remplis par l'adminstrateur

Quoi remplir dans l'avenant Twikey (injection SDD et reporting)?

Indentifiant créancier
Nom de l'entreprise
Numéro de TVA
Administrateur de l'entreprise
Adresse de l'entreprise
Numéro(s) d'IBAN
Lieu et date
Signature(s) de l'un ou plusieurs administrateur(s) de l'entreprise

Etape 4 : Télécharger les deux documents successivement via le bouton "Télécharger le document signé" dans l'onglet configuration et appuyer sur le bouton "Envoyer les documents à la banque".
Etape 5 : Twikey effectue un contrôle supplémentaire des documents et lance la demande auprès de la Sociéte Générale.
Etape 6 : Twikey suit l'avancé de l'activation avec vous. Pour accélérer l'activation, vous pouvez toujours contacter votre banque
Etape 7 : Après l'activation, Twikey effectue un pennytest afin de valider l'activation bancaire
Etape 8 : Après un pennytest reussi (envoi et réception des informations de paiment), Twikey activera la connexion bancaire

Facultatif : Si vous préférez ne pas donner à Twikey l'accès à vos comptes courants, vous pouvez ouvrir un nouveau compte courant.
