  • You have the right to object to the processing of personal data if you are able to prove that there are serious and justified reasons connected with his particular circumstances that warrant such objection. However, if the intended processing qualifies as direct marketing, you have the right to object such processing free of charge and without justification.
  • You have the right to receive the personal data you provided Twikey with, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer those data to another controller, where (a) the processing is based on your consent or a contract between you and Twikey and (b) the processing is carried out by automated means.

An e-mail with a request to exercise a right will not be interpreted as a consent to process your personal data beyond what is necessary for the treatment of your request. Such a request must clearly state the right you wish to exercise and the reasons for it, if this is required in view of what has been stated above. It must also be dated and signed and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid identity card that proves your identity.

We will immediately inform you of the receipt of this request. If the request is valid, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and no later than thirty (30) days after its receipt.
