Maximal conversion
Thanks to Twikey, there is a maximal conversion to recurring payments. Give donors with every transaction (crowd-funding, collecting donations, paying membership fees and subscriptions) the opportunity to sign a legally valid direct debit mandate in the most efficient way. You can simply create a mandate online and have it signed via e-mail, SMS, telephone or letter. All communication can be adapted to your house style and tone of voice.
Automate the internal direct debit process
Twikey automates your internal direct debit process (i.a. failure management). All mandates are automatically closed on your own creditor's contract, allowing you to collect deposits, membership fees and periodic donations through your own bank and according to a predefined plan. In case a direct debit fails, the automated failure management comes into action so that eventually on average 99.85% of all direct debit invoices are collected without any administrative intervention.
Set up donation campaigns via one-time Bancontact payments in a blink of an eye. Twikey creates a generic QR code or URL you simply incorporate into your campaign. This URL or QR code leads to a web environment with the look and feel of your company. Donors define the amount of the gift and simply pay via the familiar Bancontact method.
