Occurs when?

Unconditional refund of a transaction (SDD Core - up to 8 weeks after the debit date).

Possible root cause

The customer exercised his unconditional right to a refund during 8 weeks.

What can you do?

Contact the debtor and find out why this payment was recalled. If it is clear that fraud has been committed by the end customer, it is best to avoid concluding mandates with this customer in the future.
