RR03 Creditor name and/or address mandatory for regulatory reasons is incomplete or missing

Occurs when?

Missing creditor name (address is an optional field). Note : This code cannot be used in certain SEPA countries for data protection reasons. Alternatively, MS03 can be used.

Possible root cause

Creditor : The creditor name is a mandatory data in the transmission of collections.

What can you do?

Correct the batch and resubmit it. Contact the bank in case the problem persists.
