Customers receive a pre-notification based on the invoice. Twikey sends the payment instruction to ABN Amro and collects it via your own creditor's contract. You receive the payments directly into your own account.

In case a direct debit fails, the automated follow-up system comes into action so that eventually on average 99.85% of all direct debit invoices are collected without any administrative intervention.

You decide how you want to handle failed transactions per monitoring category. All correspondence is done in your own name and is fully adaptable to your corporate branding. Of course, it is possible to customise the correspondence per customer segment.

It is also possible to add a payment link to your invoice. Your customer can select one of the many payment options to pay the invoice.
