The legally valid B2B or core mandate can be concluded online. Successfully completed mandates are kept in the legal archive and, if required, linked to your own system.

Customers receive a pre-notification based on the invoice. Twikey sends the payment instruction to Sparkasse and collects it via your own creditor's contract. You receive the payments directly into your own account.

In case a direct debit fails, the automated follow-up system comes into action so that eventually on average 99.85% of all direct debit invoices are collected without any administrative intervention.

You decide how you want to handle failed transactions per monitoring category. All correspondence is done in your own name and is fully adaptable to your corporate branding. Of course, it is possible to customise the correspondence per customer segment.
